Works with my Macbook Pro. Plug and play although I needed to put a disc in for it to show up in Finder. So far I've only ripped a music CD to Music and inserted and ejected the blank CD that came with it so I haven't put it through all the paces. If I'd had time to do more with it I'd hav given it a higher rating.
