Product works great and shipping was fast. Placing my old laptop DVD-RW drive in the case was a little bit of a struggle at first. The manual was useless. For reading DVD’s only one usb cable is sufficient, for burning a disc you’ll need two.
Perhaps there are more people struggling with placing the drive in the casing. At first I placed the drive with the black front but then it got stuck (picture 1,2). Then I figured it out, I removed the new front (picture 3) pushed the drive all the way in the case (picture 4) and finally placed on the black front. Hopefully this helps anyone!
