Not professional service, the seller: - Wrote the name of the product as an "Air cleaner" in the facture, instead of "Oxygen concentrator"; for instance, customs blocked the product until new documentation was provided. - Took a long time to answer, therefore long wait to provide papers/documents. - Don't have a Spanish version of documents, therefore Digemid was not allowing the product in Peru (other cities than the capital). - The communication with the seller was difficult and not clear.
