It outputs power as it should. It was adjusted for 12vdc and not 5vdc when it arrived. I readjusted. There is some voltage drop as load goes up. Apple devices do not work with it when its output is fed through an USB-A connector into an apple lightning cable. But that is probably Apple's fault . At 5vdc@3A it does not feel warm at all. Thank you.
