in 4 months the product has not arrived. it is impossible to complete a dispute through the aliexpress website it is not clear if the dispute must begin before or after the protection time ends; in any case the site DOES NOT ALLOW to finalize the procedure and does not explain the reason. To complain I have to use the feedback of the items that haven't arrived
