Dangerous product! Problem 1: The output voltage can reach more than 30 volts on the output when connecting power to the input, even when the output pin is set to 5V and load connected. Problem 2: The internal XL6009 oscillator stops when the input voltage voltage drops below 6 volt or the output current is to high. In this case the input pins are shorted and results in a high input current > 3A! Only reconnecting the input power or decreasing the output voltage restarts the internal oscillator and output voltage is recovered. Not a recommended product.
