Delivery 2 months, but considering covid, it's ok. It works, but I don't know how close delivery is to 12V. Device that is rated for 12V is working fine so i guess it's pretty close.

Everything as described. Shipping took 3 weeks to Poland. Can't reach 12V on any 5V powerbank. Only witch charger can give stable 12V. Look at the photos.
