The device works, but to a different extent than I need. The manufacturer states that it can do 5V, but I don't get below 8.76V. I thought that the device would keep a constant voltage regardless of the fluctuating voltage at the input, but unfortunately not, it responds to a drop in voltage, a drop and at the output. I was looking for a stabilizer from 18-24V to 5V, but I did not meet with success here.
