This power supply is good for charging lithium based batteries and ultracapacitors because of the constant current function. At 10W it gets warm, so I wouldn't use at full power (15W). For my unit the voltage reading is not calibrated, shows 4.0V and 2 of my multimeters show 4.18-4.19V. If you want to charge li-ion or li-po batteries you need to calibrate it first, lithium ion batteries are unsafe when overharged.

Fast delivery within 22 days. Delivered OK. Works fine. It is really very good gadget for small DYI projects. I like it. Most useful for me is constant current mode when I can test small circuits without damaging them. And I don need big laboratory power supply.
