Goods as described. Came well packaged. Initially could not get it to work, got 11.4V out with 12V in, however after turning it off and on again quickly it worked with 48V out. Seems it requires large start-up current and current-limit of my 12V power supply prevented it from starting correctly. Increased current-limit and it started correctly each time.
