Received in 25 days. Marked as shipped within 32 hours. As described. Settings are saved even when power disconnected. Has P-1 to P-8 setting modes. There are other sellers selling same item with detailed operating instructions. Thanks to those information was able to test the unit. Support all voltage level and timer control options in one device. Voltage display is accurate. This seller had the best price at the time of order. But now shipping cost increased similar to others. Works fine. Thanks!
