I have contacted the seller numerous times from 3/10/20. Received the 5 products I had ordered and 1 was faulty. Have sent photos and a video to the seller to show that the item does not work. He is repeatedly asking for more information or stalling to send out a replacement. My last resort is to contact you directly. Please get this seller LLD Tool Store to either send a replacement or a refund for the adaptor. Sellers last message was "ok, i got the video, but I need to send your video to our engineer, he will help us confirm the reason, after confirming the problem, I will give you a solution, pls wait". Surely, the seller can show this video to his engineer to confirm the problem. Please sort this out for me. I am fed up with the delaying tactics of this seller.
