Each product failed to spin a motor properly. Only one functioned briefly before failing permanently. Tried troubleshooting the product with a scope, it appears that the "spin sequence" never begins correctly, one phase is permanently high and the control logic wont respond to even manual spinning of the motor. Issue is not with the motor, checked the windings to be ok and bought a similiar board which was able to drive it succesfully.
