Reasonable quality lights. the heatsink is sometimes not attached properly causing the heatsink to remain cool but the LEDs to burn out. One lamps failed due to this. I have fixed the heatsinks again then the lamps work properly. Good value for money. Replacing the driver may be a smart move, not sure how reliable and safe these are.
