LED itself is OK. The driver looks little cheap (the driver for 9W LED is better). Functionality everything is OK, dimming works fine. However, the driver sends too much EMC emissions in FM band, it influences the signal reception of a cheap FM radio. TV reception is not affected. The store has also sent me some replacement LED's for free, thank you very much
