Looks fine. It will be hard to solder in, but all of these 15 pin connectors work in this way. no rust on metal parts, pins are solid in the plastic.

Nothing special about it, very plasticy, but looks durable. Cable holders are fine. Not the best packaging, but this product is pretty safe in every packaging material.
