I am really disappointed because I am trying to contact the seller and send him the pictures of the product ( which is not working) but it is impossible to send them anything in the chat. I would like to have further information as soon as possibile or at least have my money back. Considered that I cannot send the photo and the videos in the private chat. I post at least the photo here so that the seller can see. Kind regards
