the seller send two cameras. one worked the other didnt. the seller try to help sending information on how to reset the camera. the camera worked but keeps reseting it self to defulte. i took a movie and try to upload it in a dispute. it was too big and the dispute was closed for lack of evidance. i have send it by google drive to the seller. i didnt get me money back. finally i have one working camera. i think it not the seller faulte but i am left with half of the quantity and full price of 2 on one working camera. . the shipping took forever, corona times. i dont recommand on buying dahua cameras. this is qulity assurance issue in the factory.
Very good seller. Do fast what to do if something wrong. Good after sale. To be recommended at all.
