Instructions are in Chinese. if you can't read resistors, this is not a good choice. You need to rely on pictures to put this together unless you can read Chinese and the resistors are very hard to read even with the coding because some colors are too close. The seller is helpful. I wasn't sure if I had 2 resistors right so I sent a pic and asked. she sent a pic back with how they should be. Mine were backwards. You will need to solder. No front wheel. Bolt instead to go on the track. Haven't tried the track yet. Looks like fun.
