The fans are good, can spin from 200rpm to 2000rpm, just be careful that some are pwm 4 pin headers and some are mini 4 pin, so you need an adaptor to use on the motherboard
Very fast shipping, good packaging with plastic bubble for protection, the fan is as described. Can spin as low as 500rpm on my rig and its quiet up to 800rpm, it only makes a sligh hissing noise. After that you can hear it but its not loud either. The airflow is good too, even at low rpm, at 800rpm is moves a little bit more air than my noctua NFP12 at 940rpm and does about the same noise. At high rpm like 2000+ it moves A LOT of air and its very noisy, but thats expected from the specs. I have another order coming and will make a better review with pictures and data once the fans arive.
