I have started regular AliExpress Dispute process over the fact Transmitter modulator based on Rohm BH-14xx can not be declared as "professional", but seller demanded from me to pay shipping costs. After 6 days of dispute, I wrote to seller I accept deliverance (and customs). Four days later without any warning transmitter was returned to seller. Up date seller demands me to pay extra shipping costs. It is not fair to be punished for using AliExpress regular Dispute Service.
