delivery was ok there is no free gift as advertised! and some colours dont match the colour codes

Ordered 250 pcs, of which 1 shade is missing and one piece has poor coloring. The total number agrees. Even though I had to open a dispute with the first order, the money returned to the account and the second order no longer had any problems. Fast delivery.
The fibers are of good quality, only in a few cases does the shade differ almost imperceptibly, with 3 colors the shade is very different. Otherwise the quality is great
