I am leaving this feedback because I have not received any further updates from the seller on the dispute page since December after I rejected their proposal of $0 refund because "package is still in transit." Item has not arrived after ordering on 10/04/2020. Item shipped around 10/14/2020. Today's date is 01/11/2021. Estimated arrival date is completely inaccurate, purchase protection has run out and tracking does not work. I do not want to leave a poor review because I have ordered a set of these warmers before from this seller and they have arrived in less than two weeks. However this second order still has not arrived after 3 months. Even during these times, 3 months is a very long wait. I ended up ordering from another shop and it arrived within two weeks. Seller does not want to refund the cost even though the "evidence" they uploaded to dispute is a tracking page that does not even show where the item is since 10/21/2020
