Great quality product, the seller is awesome. He had answered all my questions. You'll feel home talking to him. Both the mounting arm and the parts are solid, sturdy metal build. Made my setup very secure. If you're confused, I'd recommend you to go ahead and order, you won't regret for sure. Note for buyers from Bangladesh: Be very careful. Dhaka customs is filled with a bunch of crooks, they have charged me $52 (customs clearance and cnf fees) for this $20 order of 2 mounting parts for my computer monitor mounting arm! They have intentionally marked this item with the HS code of 'aircraft maintenance parts' so they can charge me extra. I tried 3 different cnf agents and the lowest they could do is $41! I tried everything within my power but the customs agents had 'marked' my item so there's no way out.
