The faceplates are soft to touch and look nice, but that's about it. They are not well fitted to either of my Xbox One S controllers. You can see on the pictures that there's quite a big gap at the bottom the controller, and it's even more pronounced where I have Bionik Quickshot triggers mounted. Additionally, if you press hard enough, you can actually fill the faceplate go inwards into the controller, which should never be the case! It's not as nice as I was expecting it to be.
