I first ordered one bracelet and received it together with a nice poach, exactly as described. I was so pleased with that combination that I ordered three more as gifts. Then I of course expected to receive 3x the single order but I only received one poach. That ruined my gifts. The seller has totally ignored this basic fundament of selling and think he can call this a gift and get away with it. But the poach is a part of the description, therefore it must also be a part of the item according to the number of bracelets. When a seller defines the rules himself outside this, it's bully-behaviour. I eventually opened an issue and AliExpress judged in my favour immediately. Still, the seller held on to his false truth. Summary: Very nice item but be careful with this seller. Help him to follow the rules by being strict and not accepting this kind of bullying from him. If we as buyers don't care, perhaps because the price is low, we allow this kind of behaviour.
