Hi I have just picked up my order from the courier No. 3006940090901091, purchased on 11/11/2020 - PEAKMETER PM2108 MS2108. Unfortunately, the device is broken, it does not turn on. I used 3 new 1.5V AAA alkaline batteries. However, the meter does not respond to the rotary switch, the LCD remains dark. The product is completely useless. I want 15 days free return and get my money back, over $ 30 USD. I count on the glass and an effective solution to the problem to avoid opening a dispute, which I treat as an unnecessary last resort. I am waiting for an urgent response and a free return method guaranteed in the terms of product purchase in your store.
