Dear Sir / Madam I haven't received anything yet and I've been chatting with the retailer and you guys here for 3 weeks now. because I did not receive the product but the site states that it was delivered, I therefore also contacted Post NL. they also do not know what happened to that package and are therefore now conducting an investigation. I have also received a reference no. 11408092 from them. look it is not about a few small euros but about € 61, - and now that I did not receive that product, I now ask you how we are going to solve this. the mega deal retailer does not want to cooperate. it is a cronusmax plus order number 3006129030549440 I would like to hear more from you about how we are going to solve it.
