This cartridge is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It is a solid reproduction. The label is not glossy - it is flat. The label does not have rounded corners. It also does not have the title of the game on the top. The game is translated into English. The circuit board is custom - looks like a flash-based board. The game plays without flaws on original hardware. I have disabled the CIC chip on my NES, so I cannot speak to that. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and would recommend this to others. It's great to have the opportunity to have this Famicom exclusive on a NES cartridge.
