I didn't receive my order and opened a dispute. The seller refused to refund the money claiming that the parcel had left for the destination country. Maybe it is not always a seller's fault that a customer doesn't get their order. But on the other hand, what about a customer? I guess, that the customer has a right to receive either their order or their money back. Or not?
