Dissatisfied and disappointed .. I was looking forward to getting the mini-waterfall, but it turned out that the delivery courier also wanted my mini-waterfall. It was stolen on the way to me and the seller ignores my problem and has so far not shown interest in finding a solution that benefits both. I have lost twice on this, for lost both the item and the total of 16.62 USD .. And it seems that I do not receive compensation in the form of a new waterfall or fully refund. Not very good customer service I must say. The Norwegian Post Office is not liable for delivery couriers stealing parcels, as this has happened before. Impossible to communicate with seller, advised against.
