It's working great after installing the realtek BT 5.0 software under windows 10 X64. If you just plug the dongle windows 10 will install a driver, but none of my BT devices worked till I installed the realtek drivers (I searched on amazon.com for similar BT dongles and downloaded one that alot of other customers had positive results with). I had version 4 before, I had issues with range on my sony WH-1000X2 headphones, after installing the new dongle I can walk a few more meters around the house more than before.
