It came very well packaged. The unit is very compact and light. The print could have been lighter, it's hard to see in the dark. The rotary encoder allows fine control. I have not tested for accuracy.

My part provides uncertain voltage output setting (0.3V error) still I could recommend this PSU as auxiliary for your home lab, it provides nearly fair price/quality ratio. Was delivered within 3 days from Russian warehouse.
