I ordered both 3x and 4x underwear from this store and I swear they're basically the same size. I usually order size M/L underwear and have a 37" hips/butt measurement, 20 inch thigh measurement. These underwear at 3xl/4xl fit like US/EU size S/M. Kind of hilarious. They are also much tighter around the thigh than is usual. Not uncomfortable but snug. I know they will loosen with time so it is fine. I've washed them once now and they seem like average quality underwear. Good value for shorties.
