Vendor stated in email that vendor staff mixed up my order with another buyer. Vendor stated in email dated 1/15/20 that vendor staff mixed up my order with another & sent to another buyer. The mural rec'd from Vendor was a black flower pattern per photo. Requested vendor to Cancel order today. Jan 17, The vendor refuse.
