This is exactly what you want for cold weather welding. It fits under my helmet perfectly. I couldnt find one I liked in the US. The seller shipped this VERY quickly. It fits snugly and is very warm. Wash before using! Dont put it in the dryer as it will shrink. I have a large head 7 3/4 and it just fit.. but I love it and am going to order another. I wish it was just a tad larger.. I didnt see an xl offered. Thank you
