Got to Canada in 10 days. Paid for the order on April 9th, Item shipped on Apr 17th. Item delivered April 19th!!! Shipped by DHL, so had to pay a bit of import fees, no biggie. Will be installing in the car next week so will followup. Came in well packed, no issues/dents/scratches on the box nor equipment. Very happy!
ISSUES! Seller not responding, cant change car picture on main screen. Came with NO GPS software installed, no radio app installed. Music, video player and YouTube have NO sound in the car, so entire android portion is useless. MMI portion works fine, however, if you are in android screen, the buttons will try to call android apps on some features, which confuses the hell out of system. If you were in MMI system and pressed the screen by accident, it will take you to android desktop, so you have to click either on audi logo on the screen from the menu to get back in MMI, or you have to click another MMI button and then go back to original, else it will stay on android main desktop. So in general, stay away, seller stopped responding once I left feedback, I'm out $35 in import taxes and now I have to ship the item back to get a refund which I don't know how much will cost. Stay AWAY!
