Ear hook is rather small. It doesn't fit proprly my father's ear. He has not big ears. Battery charging is broken.The battery cannot be fully charged. Red diode is on even after few hours of charging, never changes on green. It means that battery is crap and I'm expecting that device will stop working because of it very soon. .... but now when the battery is still working it does the job.
