They are certainly not 30 watts. They look nice and the light they emit is ok. But I measured the current and it's only 21 to 22 watts and even than they don't deliver the lumens a 20 Watt LED light should give. I tested other LED lights on Ali-express, almost all are overrated but I found another one that gives me the same amount of light at 12 watts only ( they were rated at 15 watts ).
