The product is described as USB but it is not, it requires a serial port connection for the data and power only from the USB. The pictures on the advert show the the correct plug but when it arrived it has a different plug fitted. The instructions supplied clearly say it will not work from the USB and has to have BOTH connections. I have tested this and the instructions are correct. My dispute was rejected by the supplier because a photograph of the incorrect plug was not enough evidence it was the wrong. The advert is misleading and the supplier is not prepared to correct their mistake.
