The Machine is built well, just finished assembling it after 1 month of receiving it. some damage to the MDF corners but it doesn't affect the assembly process. it took 10 days to be shipped from the supplier and reached Oman in 4-5 days after shipping. However, I am still not able to operate it. Guidance videos are all in Chinese and I can not understand anything when the guy explains the process of assembly. I spent too much time between the English softecopy manual and watching videos trying to make sense of it. now after everything is assembled. the GBRLcontrol connect the first time I do unlocking everything moves but then next time I try to open it does connect but show no parameters. I had to change the pc to repeat the process of unlocking and again the same problem happens. I will request help from the supplier and post an update later
