JMZ need to stop using the Royal Mail for internation delivery, this is my second delivery from JMZ, it is the worst mail service in our country (UK) and there are so many different/cheaper/better postage services other than Royal Mail. I prepaid my custom fees and everything properly according to the website. My parcel was still stopped at the border, delayed by 2 days and given an extra $3.70 Customs fee and a $9.88 re-delivery fee. This was unexpected and frustrating to deal with.
