Two of the timers failed to supply current to the output even when the manual button is shifted to on. The red light comes on and a click sound is heard but no current goes to the output.Pls advise on what we should do?
pls how do I open a dispute. two of the items I bought have factory problem. there is no power on the outlet/ supply terminals. How do I send them back.
