Lovely knife, it feels quite short but I think it's an optical illusion caused by its height or maybe 8" knives just feel so familiar.. still, it's a fun knife and the Grand Sharp company seem to know what they're doing as they plough on ahead disrupting the Japanese and German knife scene.
