This was a custom piece made to my specifications. The seller was very responsive and listened to my requirements every step of the way. Like every custom order it took time. He produced a very special knife. Made from the best materials looking beautiful and razor sharp. You can call it bunka, kiritsuke, santoku or whatever you want but it has all the modern attributes of a great knife - K-tip for delicate work, S-grind for food release, plenty of length for your chefs ego and is extra wide to scoop that chopped produce. It took a lot of time and work to get here and now you can benefit from this to get yourself one. It will be custom made and slightly different to the ones in the pictures but it will be unique. I highly recommend the seller and will be making more knives in the future.
