Ordered on 16/Aug/20, and received it in Germany, Bayern on 04/Sep/20. Due to Covid-19, collected the product from the nearest post office. Thank you. Some suggestions- 1) Please improve your product tracking system, yesterday also, it showed that the product is in China, how come? I was worried until I received it. 2) Please reply the questions in proper English,,, it seemed to me that you are in a hurry and missed some key words while answering my queries. 3) Although the product color (of the handle of the knife) was different, I received a different colored handlebar of the knife, still I am giving you 5 star as you delivered it in 20 days. Thank you from Germany.
