Ok so to start My daughter and myself was so excited for this it was going to be used for my daughter's pink tree in her room, it came with scrapes all over it when I first got it I just put that aside thinking it could have been down to shipping. I needed to wait for new international adapters I ordered to plug it in try, we have just plugged it in and it Does NOT work I tried it on multiple plug outlets to make sure it's right it does NOT work my daughter is really upset I'm very disappointed.
