Awful! First they told me they were despatching then said they couldn’t do the colours I wanted. This was to be 3USD extra which I offered to pay but they couldn’t do that so they told me to cancel the order. I cancelled it and then it came up as despatched. I asked for a refund which they refused so I had to go to dispute to get money back. Conversation was like talking to two different people and customer service is very bad.
