a few colours missing but I got what I needed

I ordered on September 19. When messaging the seller, he wanted to raise the product by $12. I said no and asked for a cancellation 3 times. He refused all cancellations and shipped the item 9 days later on September 28 with a tracking number. 11 days after receiving tracking number, the package had not been registered to the carrier. I disputed the seller and he accepted. He wasted 3 weeks of my time to tell me that he didn’t actually ship the package. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
