the box barely survived, the melting pot itself works. becomes hot fast and chocolate melts. some of the shapes where a little bent because of the shipping, but the seller was willing to compensate with coupons for a next order. cool product.

I am sorry to write this but the item is bad quality for the price. 1. The red lamp at the bottom in front was pressed inside and I asked a technician to open the device to repair. 2. The lamp did no turn on - there was one wire disconnected and it needed repairs by an electric technician, so I paid additional money. 3. The box was pressed and distorted on the way. I recommend the seller to check every device before shipping and provide for careful shipping. Luckily for me, the damages were repaired.
